Gillian Wigglesworth is an Australian linguist. Holding a Ph.D. in Linguistics in Linguistics from La Trobe University (Melbourne, Australia), Professor Wigglesworth is a member of the School of Languages and Linguistics, where she is Director of the Research Unit for Indigenous Language and also Chief Investigator on the ARC Centre of Excellence for the Dynamics of Language. Professor Wigglesworth is also Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Arts at The University of Melbourne.
